**SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, who will report directly to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for inventory management, loading and unloading shipments as well as monitoring incoming and outgoing orders.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and stay current on all shipping activities
- Prepare shipping notices, Bills of lading, invoices and other necessary documents in collaboration with the shipping team
- Support shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet tight shipping schedules
- Schedule delivery appointments following company shipping procedures and respecting customer agreements and delivery times
- Troubleshoot issues during order preparation
- Load and unload shipments

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) in English and French and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent time management skills and is a quick learner
- Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
