**Overview**
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Appraiser to join our team. As an Appraiser, you will be responsible for assessing the value of insurance losses (floods & fires), ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property inspections to gather relevant data for loss quantification.
- Analyze property information including loss related damages, condition, and features
- Utilize formulas to determine budget reserves
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports documenting findings
- create detailed scopes of work for tender utilizing the xactimate platform.

**Skills**
**- excellent skills working with xactimate**:

- Proficiency in excel and word
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of insurance restoration industry
- previous experience with a restoration company as an estimator

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
