**Position Summary**:
As our **Warehouse Coordinator**, you will play a crucial role in **overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations**, ensuring that our facility is maintained in **pristine condition**. You will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing materials and equipment, and ensuring timely delivery to job sites.

This role requires **strong organizational skills**, **knowledge of electrical equipment**, a **high degree of initiative**, and the **ability to work closely with internal teams** to ensure seamless operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ **Warehouse Maintenance and Presentation**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment.
- Ensure large inventory items are well-maintained and presented according to the company’s standards.

✔ **Inventory Management**
- Optimize inventory locations to streamline order picking.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring accurate entries in the Sage ERP system.
- Assess returned items to determine if they can be resold, need refurbishment, or should be disposed of.
- Ensure all returned parts from completed jobs are accurately re-entered into inventory.

✔ **Coordination with Purchaser**
- Work closely with the Purchaser to ensure inventory levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
- Assist in replenishing materials and equipment according to project requirements.

✔ **Logistics and Delivery**
- Deliver equipment and materials to job sites, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
- Ensure all items are packaged appropriately for delivery and protected during transport.

✔ **Process Improvement**
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to warehouse operations to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in developing best practices for inventory management and warehouse organization.

**Qualifications**:
✔ **Education/Training**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and construction materials is strongly preferred asset.
- Experience with ERP and inventory management systems is an asset.
- G License with clean drivers abstract required.

✔ **Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience, ideally in an electrical contracting or construction environment.
- Proven track record of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in a warehouse.

✔ **Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to critically assess inventory items for resale, refurbishment, or disposal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with inventory management systems (e.g., Sage ERP).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
