Compensation: $60,000 base salary + up to $20,000 in performance bonuses
Growth-by-Sharing Bonus: Company-wide incentive plan

We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Office Manager / Bookkeeper who thrives on improving systems, not just maintaining them.
You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the organization — working closely with our Sales and Warehouse teams to keep things running smoothly, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure our financial and administrative processes are efficient and accurate.

Customer Service
Take ownership of customer inquiries, resolving issues independently with sound judgment.
Identify recurring challenges and recommend process improvements to prevent future issues.
Purchasing & Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels and make timely purchasing decisions without waiting for direction.
Streamline purchasing and inventory reporting for greater accuracy and speed.
Administrative & Financial
Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
Identify opportunities to simplify administrative systems and automate routine tasks.
Demonstrated track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with minimal supervision required.
