The Warehouse Supervisor will report to the Production Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the organization of the storage freezer, receiving all products and supplies that arrive at Tillsonburg Custom Foods, and coordinate the schedule for picking orders, and loading finished product onto delivery trucks.

**Wage will commensurate with experience**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive orders from Logistics Coordinator & schedule times for each order to be picked
- Physically receive all deliveries to Tillsonburg Custom Foods
- Load trucks for delivery as required
- Manage the placement of product into the storage freezer
- Enter all receiving’s into Minotaur, coordinate with the Logistics Coordinator to enter all bill of lading for each order
- Enter transfers into Minotaur when product is being moved to Production or other locations within the building & system
- Develop a plan to be followed on a regular basis for certain products and items to be organized in designated areas of the freezer
- Review inventory changes to ensure proper adjustments have been made and entered into Minotaur
- Identify and support continuous improvement effort with Production Manager
- Participate as an active member of the Warehouse team
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications / Characteristics**
- Current forklift license;
- Reach truck experience/license
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving;
- Prior experience in a food processing facility preferred;
- Prior experience in role of supervisor
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work as an effective as a team and team leader;
- Ability to work in a cold working environment;
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to fluctuating work requirements;
Ability to multi-task and remain standing or moving for long periods of time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- warehouse: 3 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
