Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Take, cancel and change room reservations
- Provide information on amenities and services
- Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Perform entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist clients /guests with special needs

**Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in receptionist roles preferred
- Experience in cloud based booking systems
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to manage various administrative tasks effectively

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
