**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and nail care.
- Provide personalized consultations to assess clients' skin types and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Demonstrate and promote skincare products effectively to encourage retail sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional services and products during client appointments to enhance their experience.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing guest inquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in hair styling is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to upsell services and products confidently.
- Proficient in conducting product demonstrations for clients.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques and best practices.
- Experience in retail sales within the beauty or wellness industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with nail care services is preferred.
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while providing guest services.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
