Part-time Administrative Assistant

TRH Plumbing & Heating is owned and operated by local plumbers & gas fitters. We are your one-stop shop for commercial plumbing, residential plumbing, drain cleaning, boiler repair, boiler installation, and MORE We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a variety of responsibilities to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed notes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Managing customer's Billings and Payment collection
- Accounts Payable and receivable functions as required - Training will be provided
TRH Plumbing & Heating is seeking an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a similar work environment
- Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with customers
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail
- Experience in QuickBooks software will be considered an asset
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
