Administrative Assistant – All-In Contracting

We're looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing renovation team. This role is ideal for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects on the go.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and managing client calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Scheduling site visits, quotes, and coordinating project timelines
  • Managing and organizing estimates, invoices, and contract documentation
  • Keeping project files and calendars up to date
  • Supporting day-to-day admin tasks and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and basic cloud-based tools (Google Drive, etc.)
  • Experience in construction or trades administration is a plus
