We are delighted to be assisting a key strategic partner with the recruitment of a Vice President of Operations (VP Operations) based in Toronto for a leading renewable energy company. This influential role will oversee the operational functions of the organisation, ensuring efficiency and alignment with sustainability goals.

**Key Roles**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and support the company's mission in renewable energy.
- Lead and manage all operational activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee project management, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure operational targets are met.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and efficiency within operations.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $230,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Signing bonus
