Our innovative tech and financial solutions enable independent brands to easily upload and manufacture their wares, while allowing retail buyers to seamlessly and confidently purchase them. **VP OF OPERATIONS** As our organization continues to scale, the role of the VP of Operations is more important than ever. With a rapidly growing volume of sales and a global footprint spanning 60 countries, the Operations department plays a critical role in ensuring the happiness of both our makers and buyers. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Productize and standardize logistics hubs, fulfillment technology, and quality management across global teams to ensure consistency and "one hand" operation. - Develop and implement logistics as a service offering to drive omni-channel support and attract more brands to PBP's platform. - Expand dropshipping capabilities and explore the opportunity to offer warehousing and logistics as a service to global brands. - Lead GTM logistics for expanding to buyer markets beyond North America and categories beyond home & fashion - Oversee and expand customer service department including automating workflows and supporting the build out of knowledge hubs and resource centers - Attend weekly leadership meetings and make recommendations for meeting growth goals and supporting scalability - Owns operations P&L and supports investment plans for infrastructure or warehousing solutions **ABOUT YOU** - 10+years of Operational and Logistics experience - 7+yrs of Operational Leadership experience - A commercially minded operator - Experience building and scaling teams - International Logistics experience - International payment experience is an asset - Fulfillment & Customs Clearing experience is an asset - Dropship Experience is an asset - Fulfillment operations and/or optimization experience an asset - Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally **_Working Hours as a Global Citizen at PBP_** We’re a global company with team members in Canada, Kenya, India, USA, Türkiye, Mexico, UK, and Colombia. You will be working with teams across multiple time zones so we expect you to work within your standard time zone working hours, but be available from time to time for team meetings that may fall outside of your regular working hours.
