**The Role**

At Felix, we marry technological prowess with operational excellence to provide our patients an integrated and delightful experience. As the VP Operations, you will drive performance and scaling for our pharmacy and clinical operations to ensure a high quality experience for our patients. You will be a member of the leadership team and be managing a critical piece of the puzzle at Felix. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our operations scale in line with and help achieve our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities
The VP Operations will own the end to end pharmacy scaling and optimization strategy which includes the following key responsibilities:

- Ensure our pharmacies run efficiently and effectively and achieve KPIs agreed with leadership while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- Scale and improve pharmacy operations by implementing best practices, training and technology solutions
- Partner with product and technology teams to enhance the pharmacy technology stack
- Partner with marketing on forecasting demand and managing resourcing to ensure timely processing
- Ensure our pharmacies are set up for new products and services we introduce
- Negotiate deals with vendors to secure supply and improve financial returns; ensure supply availability
- Set up, streamline and/or scale additional pharmacies as the business scales
- Ensure our clinical operations run efficiently and effectively and achieve KPIs agreed with leadership while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Ability to think analytically and from first principles; ability to identify gaps and execute on implementing solutions
- Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally
- Pharmacy or retail operations experience an asset
- Fulfillment operations and/or optimization experience an asset
- Experience in high growth technology companies an asset
- Experience in management consulting an asset
- Experience leading a team an asset
- This role will require frequent travel
