Are you a dynamic and charismatic salesperson with a proven track record in high-ticket sales and a passion for interior design? Upper Room Home Furnishings is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be instrumental in guiding clients to find their dream furniture pieces while offering expert design advice.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting stylish and high-quality furniture.
- Close sales and follow up with customer leads.
- Stay updated on current trends in furniture and interior design.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic showroom.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of sales experience in high-ticket items such as furniture, cars, real estate, or luxury goods.
- Strong knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and construction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to close sales and assist customers in their decision-making process.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong sense of color coordination and room layout design.
- Previous experience in interior design or home furnishings is a significant asset.
