CEDA is looking for a temporary Health Safety & Environment Administrator for our Edmonton, AB location

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Track and maintain monthly regional statistical data
- Support data entry for regional safety statistics - meetings, incident tracking, training records, inspections, observations, hazard IDs, FLHAs, etc.
- Assist in month end statistic reports
- Assist in the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ensure training and documentation systems are maintained, current and accurate
- File and maintain all HSE related documentation
- Work with HSE team members to support and achieve department goals

**Role Specifications**
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- related administrative support certificate considered an asset
- 2+ years' experience related role
- Strong computer skills - experience with Microsoft Suite of products

**Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, prioritization, skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work with limited supervision, in a team environment
- You have the capacity to problem solve and thrive in high pressure situations
