TOTAL Transportation Solutions Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive **Fine Arts Coordinator, International Logistics** to join our international Sales team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier customer service and logístical support within the fine arts industry. You will play a vital role both in coordinating shipments and supporting senior staff with end-to-end coordination of global fine art shipments. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics, including import/export procedures, airfreight operations, customs regulations, and fine art-specific service needs. You will help ensure seamless communication among internal teams, external partners, and international clients. The role also involves proactive identification of opportunities to optimize processes and strengthen client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to service inquiries, providing accurate project estimates and tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Support senior staff in coordinating international fine art shipments across air, ocean, and ground modes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned global clients and logistics partners, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Prepare and provide timely, accurate rate quotes and service proposals for international projects.
- Coordinate bookings with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal operations teams.
- Prepare or review shipping documentation, including AWBs, manifests, and permits (e.g., CITES, Cultural Property)
- Manage and maintain detailed records, including company account master files and shipment documentation, to support sales activities.
- Identify and resolve any shipment discrepancies, delays, or compliance issues, proactively escalating when needed
- Support the Senior Manager in process development, quality control, and best practices related to air freight operations
- Maintain accurate records and provide shipment updates using internal systems and reporting tools
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and client-specific handling requirements.
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting to support operational performance and client communication.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards in all correspondence and interactions.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of three years of experience in the fine arts, museum/gallery, heritage, or international logistics sectors.
- Understanding of general import/export requirements, airfreight procedures, and global customs processes (experience with cultural property regulations is an asset).
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service on an international scale.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with best practices in handling and transporting high-value or sensitive items, preferably within the arts sector.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or business development support.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in **Scarborough, Ontario**. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and interviews will continue until the position is filled.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
