We’re looking for a dedicated **Logistics Service Coordinator**to join at our Head Office location. The Logistics Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the overall service experience for both internal and external customers throughout the numerous delivery processes. Acting as the first point of contact for Mastermind's transportation of goods, you will ensure smooth coordination between transportation providers and logistics teams to meet all client service requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
**Store Deliveries**:
Manage all logistics related to store deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to retail locations, aligned with store schedules and needs.
**Inbound Appointments Coordination**:
Schedule and coordinate inbound delivery appointments, maintaining communication with carriers, warehouses, and receiving teams to ensure smooth receipt of goods.
**Routing Ocean Containers into North America**:
Oversee the end-to-end routing of ocean containers, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and coordination with customs and transportation partners for timely arrival.
**Corporate Orders Handling**:
Manage the processing and delivery of corporate orders, ensuring that timelines and customer specifications are met with precision.
**3PL Transfers**:
Coordinate the movement of goods between third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring inventory accuracy, shipment visibility, and timely transfers.
**Consolidation of Metrics & Analysis**:
Gather, consolidate, and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify trends, measure efficiency, and support data-driven decisions for process improvement.
**Proactive Customer Communication**:
Serve as a central point of contact for retail store teams, providing proactive updates and clear communication to maintain trust and transparency throughout the delivery cycle.
**Service Disruption Resolution**:
Identify and respond quickly to any disruptions in the delivery process, working collaboratively with logistics and transportation partners to resolve issues promptly and minimize customer impact.
**Collaboration on Continuous Improvement**:
Participate in logistics projects focused on improving service levels, streamlining processes, and enhancing the overall customer delivery experience.

Pay: $42,320.00-$63,480.00 per year
