**Role Overview**:
As an **First Nations Sales Consultant**, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying sales opportunities, engaging potential customers, and guiding them through the process of selecting and customizing their dream modular home. This role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and personalized service. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets. Utilize your exceptional sales skills to handle even the most challenging customer interactions.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our modular home designs, features, and customization options. Guide customers through the selection process, offering advice and recommendations that align with their vision.
- Travel and Road Trips: Embrace the opportunity to hit the road, visiting clients, attending industry events, and showcasing our offerings in various remote locations in Alberta. Flexibility and a love for travel are essential for this role.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities regularly in the company CRM system, customer interactions, and progress updates. Provide regular reports to management regarding sales performance and market insights.
**Requirements**:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in outside sales, preferably within the construction or real estate industry. Demonstrated success in handling challenging sales situations and exceeding targets.
- People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to connect with diverse personalities and build rapport effortlessly.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment. Adapt quickly to changes and stay motivated in the face of challenges.
- Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with regular travel and road trips. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within designated and often remote territories.
- Passion for Modular Homes: A genuine interest in the modular home building industry and a keen eye for home design and customization.
- 3 Years experience selling to First Nation/Metis Settlement Communities
