**Role Overview**:
As a **New Home Sales Consultant**, you'll be the welcoming face of our company, stationed at our vibrant showroom. Your role will focus on engaging walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection and customization of their perfect modular home. This position is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated professional who excels in a customer-driven, fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement: Forge and nurture relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized attention. Understand their desires, preferences, and constraints to propose out of the box solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Craft and execute creative sales strategies to foster revenue growth and meet sales goals. Use your superior sales skills to navigate through complex customer needs.
- Product Expertise: Master our modular home designs, features, and customization options. Assist customers in the selection process with informed advice and insights that resonate with their vision.
- In-Store Experience: Enhance the in-store experience by organizing product displays, conducting informative tours, and participating in promotional events.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities regularly in the company CRM system, customer feedback, and transaction details. Report to management on sales outcomes and customer trends regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in home sales 5+ years, ideally within the construction or real estate sectors. A history of overcoming sales challenges and surpassing objectives.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. A natural at engaging with a variety of personalities and establishing trust.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a changing, dynamic setting. Quick to adjust strategies and remain driven amid obstacles.
- Passion for Design: A sincere interest in the modular home industry with a good sense of home design and customization options.
