We are seeking a full time manager to join our growing management team. As an organization that focuses on people development you must be willing to grow as a leader.

Work Remotely
- No
- Hiring, scheduling and training sales staff.
- Weekly management meeting and reporting
- Connecting with everyone who walks through the door, creating a warm and inviting experience
- Helping our customers find vintage pieces they love and that meet their individual needs
- Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store
- Helping to create fun, engaging and educational content on our social platforms
- Processing payments using our POS system
- Restocking and assisting in stock rotation and ordering to maintain a highly curated and relevant product selection at all times

**Requirements**:

- Must be over 19
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail setting with a reputable brand
- Outgoing, confident, and friendly personality willing to treat our customers like friends
- Must have a basic vintage knowledge and be able to identify tags, stitching and core brands
- Comfortable using social media, being in front of the camera, talking in videos, and editing content on Instagram and Cap Cut or other editing tools
- Up for a challenge in regards to meeting sales goals and other KPI's
- Comfortable working alone with a strong initiative, someone who doesn't need to be told what to do before finding tasks
- Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule
- We are ideally looking for individuals that would love to grow with the company long term
- Knowledge of the negative impact of unethical fashion (fast fashion) and passionate about educating and contributing to a more environmentally conscious future

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
