Store Hours:

- **Sunday - Thursday**: 10 AM - 7 PM
- **Friday - Saturday**: 10 AM - 7/9 PM

Position Details:

- **Hours**: Approx 30 hours per week
- **Compensation**: Starting at $25 per hour plus commission, up to $500 per year in medical cost reimbursements and a spirit ski pass.

**Responsibilities**:
Daily Operations
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Manage cash handling and end-of-day reporting
- Oversee shipping and receiving

Inventory Management
- Conduct regular inventory audits
- Implement loss prevention strategies

Employee Management
- Track employee time and attendance

Financial Oversight
- Monitor and report daily sales
- Contribute to budget management and financial planning

Customer Experience
- Address customer complaints and feedback
- Develop and implement in-store promotions
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Strong sales experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficiency in retail management software
- Ability to analyze sales data and financial reports
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

This position requires close collaboration with your co-manager counterpart. You will alternate opening and closing shifts and share responsibilities for overall store performance. Weekly meetings will be held to discuss store operations, employee matters, and upcoming initiatives.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
