Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers with purchases, including operating the cash register and processing payments
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Meet sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
- Must be able to do deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic technical knowledge for selling technology products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Cashiering experience is an advantage
- Professional phone etiquette
- Valid BC clean driving licence
- Wear company logo tops and look

- Have housing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Work setting:

- Liquor store

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
