**Join Our Team - Part-Time Bookkeeper (Markham Office)**

Our Markham office is currently looking for an experienced **Part-Time Bookkeeper** to join our dedicated team. We’re seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a mature and professional demeanor who can work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general accounting duties, including posting journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Prepare invoices, handle filing, and manage routine correspondence
- Answer phone calls, fax documents, and perform general office clerical tasks
- Schedule appointments and respond to client inquiries in a positive, professional manner
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues using strong interpersonal skills
- Ensure the office remains clean, safe, and well-organized

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping and general accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Trilingual ability in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred

**Working Hours**:
Mon ~ Fri 10:00 to 15:00

Weekend (Sat) : As needed
