**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Digital Marketing:

- Manage company website and landing pages, ensuring optimal user experience (UX), SEO performance, and up-to-date content.
- Analyze digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot (or similar platforms).
- Develop and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, and newsletters.

**Traditional Marketing**:

- Coordinate and execute traditional marketing efforts including print advertisements, direct mail, radio, television, trade shows, and outdoor advertising.
- Manage vendor relationships for print materials, promotional products, and media buys.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.).
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams on in-person events and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing with demonstrated success in both digital and traditional channels.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and branding consistency.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments.
- Video marketing and content production knowledge
