Cambridge, Canada GROSCHE International Inc. Full time

**Summary**:
We're on the hunt for a creative dynamo with a passion for visual storytelling, digital trends, and impactful design. GROSCHE International is looking for a **Digital Marketing and Design Coordinator** to bring our brand to life through stunning visuals, engaging social media content, and innovative digital campaigns. If you’re energized by crafting scroll-stopping content and turning ideas into memorable designs, we’d love to meet you.

**About GROSCHE International**

GROSCHE International is a proudly Canadian, family-owned brand crafting premium coffee, tea, and drinkware since 2006. Home to North America’s #1 stovetop espresso maker collection, we’re more than just great products. We’re also a Certified B Corporation, which means we believe in using business as a force for good. Every GROSCHE product sold helps fund our Safe Water Project, which provides over 50 days of safe drinking water to someone in need.

We care deeply about our people, our planet, and our purpose—and we believe a great cup of coffee (or tea) should always come with a side of meaning and positive impact.

**The Role: Digital Marketing and Design Coordinator**

**Perks of Working with Us**:

- Lots of creative room to shine and impress the world with your skills
- Competitive salary and benefits because rent doesn’t pay itself.
- A team that’s supportive, creative, and occasionally communicates in emoji’s.
- Opportunities to grow, learn, and stretch your skills.
- After orientation, this role is hybrid—part remote, part in-office (aka the best of both sweatpants and face-to-face worlds).
- And perhaps above all, you get to cuddle and play with and pet our office dogs as much as you like

**Who We're Hiring: A Digital Marketing and Design Coordinator with Killer Creativity**

Are you the type of person who mentally redesigns restaurant menus before you order? Do you dream in Pantone swatches and have a sixth sense for what makes content scroll-stopping? If so, keep reading. We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and social-first Media Coordinator to join our Marketing Team and help us make our brand not just seen, but remembered. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and your idea of small talk includes the phrase ”checkout this crazy new idea I just had” - this could be your dream gig.

- **Create Engaging Social Media Content**: Design thumb-stopping posts and stories for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, leveraging trends to boost engagement.

- **Design Multi-Channel Assets**: Develop visuals for digital campaigns, print materials, packaging, trade show graphics, and eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work with our eCommerce, marketing, and product teams to create cohesive, on-brand visuals that elevate user experience and drive sales.
- **Edit and Curate Visuals**: Refine lifestyle and product photography to ensure every image shines.
- **Support Product Innovation**: Contribute creative input on new product designs, including colors, etchings, and packaging that resonate with our audience.

**You’ll Crush It If You Have**:

- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional design experience (internships count).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
- Experience with **AI-powered design tools** for image and video generation/editing is a big plus.
- A strong understanding of **social media trends** and experience managing professional accounts.
- A keen eye for layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- A portfolio showcasing your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver on-brand designs.
- A wicked sense of humour
- Bonus: A knack for spotting trends before they go viral

**To Apply**:

- Send us your **resume**, **portfolio**, and a **note**telling the best creative ad you’ve seen recently.
