Administrative Assistant/Acupuncture Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bilingual (French and English) *required
- Experience in a medical or clinical setting in an administrative or reception position is an asset.
- Experience working in customer or client service
- Experience or interest in Health and Wellness is a definite asset.
- Interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with staff and patients quickly
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to exercise professional judgement in a highly confidential environment.
- Strong computer skills including Office 365

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
