**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the CEO's calendar using Outlook Calendar and Google Suite, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO as needed.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage front desk operations when required.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage calls and messages for the CEO.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook Calendar) and Google Suite is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service best practices is a plus.
- Attention to detail with strong data entry capabilities is required.
