**Job Overview**
The Executive Coordinator to the CEO manages operational and administrative services for the President & CEO (CEO) to ensure activities and initiatives are integrated, aligned and completed. This senior-level administrative position is the key link in the management, integration, and flow of information from the CEO to Division VPs, Senior Leaders and staff and serves as a critical link between the CEO’s office and business units, and liaises with external stakeholders relative to the Executive office (i.e. Board of Directors, provincial officials, professional counterparts, local government, private industry, Union executive, associations, general public, etc.). This position is expected to manage competing priorities, flag urgent situations, maintain high standards of accuracy and handle confidential matters with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for an administrative professional and communicator, with demonstrated success collaborating with others in a complex environment. You are professional, efficient and technically strong. You care about the work that you do, and you can anticipate needs, as well as manage multiple and competing priorities. Communication skills and the ability to work with others effectively are incredibly critical in this position. You will be part of a strong team of administrative professionals, but your key responsibility will be supporting the CEO. Organizational skills, technical skills, time management and the ability to problem-solve to find solutions are key.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manages and integrates the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the Office of the CEO, monitors and tracks commitments and priorities; follows-up with the Executive Coordinators, Executive Administrative Assistant, Division Managers, and others to ensure actions are initiated and/or completed.
- Develops and implements new or revised operational and administrative procedures and processes, and identifies opportunities for increased efficiency related to information and document management.
- Leads and coordinates divisional and cross-divisional operational planning and collaboration efforts by identifying and resolving issues, developing and implementing effective solutions and options, and responding to enquiries.
