Distributions Julia est une entreprise en pleine croissance, établie il y a plus de 30 ans, qui vend des produits sous licence ainsi que des articles cadeaux à divers détaillants à travers le Canada.

On cherche quelqu'un fort, fiable et minutieux pour rejoindre notre équipe comme responsable de distribution pour nous aider travailler sur la bienfaisance et croissance de l'entreprise.

Ce poste demande de la capacité physique, d’excellentes habiletés en communication en anglais et en français, et la capacité de superviser une petite équipe de temps en temps, tout en gérant l’expédition, la réception et certaines des tâches administratives journalières. **Responsabilités principales**:

- Pige de produits, emballer et expédier des commandes par colis et par palette à tous les jours. Important de noter que certain produits sont lourd.
- Recevoir et placer la marchandise reçu sur les tablettes, tout en gardant un environement propre et organisé.
- Superviser et aider l’équipe de temps en temps avec l’étiquetage, l’emballage et la préparation des commandes.
- Garder l’entrepôt propre et organisé en tout temps et même nettoyer au besoin.
- Communiquer clairement avec l’équipe et les clients en anglais et en français (parlé et écrit).
- Faire la facturation, entrer les commandes et gérer les courriels avec précision.
- Régler les exceptions et éviter les erreurs dans les documents et les processus d’expédition.
- Coordonner les tâches entre le personnel de l’entrepôt et les clients externes.
- Parfaitement bilingue Francais et Anglais, Oral et écrit. (**TRÈS IMPORTANT**)
- Capable de soulever des objets lourds et de travailler debout;
- Sens de l’organisation et attention aux détails;
- Expérience avec des tâches informatiques de base (facturation, courriels, etc.);
- Capacité prouvée à diriger une équipe et à travailler en collaboration;
- Capacité de gestion des priorités;
- Capacité de bien travailler sous le pression;
- Être fiable mature, autonome et flexible;
- Être méticuleux et ponctuel;
- Avoir un esprit d'équipe et entretenir des relations positives et respectueuses avec ses collègues;
