The BA’s role will consist in understanding the supply chain business vision and working together with stakeholders in developing and implementing an innovative roadmap of initiatives. The Business Analyst we are looking for has a strong supply chain background coupled with technical knowledge and understanding of supply chain systems. **Main Responsibilities**: - Key contributor to solution design with regard to distribution and inventory systems to ensure alignment with organizational initiatives. - Analyze and understand the upstream and downstream technical implications of any changes being proposed in order to accurately assess impacts to systems. - Participate in the definition and execution of technical implementation of designed specifications. - Actively participate in the definition of test strategies and scenarios to support test execution with the QA team and business stakeholders. - Troubleshoot any technical issues and work with 3rd party support to ensure timely and efficient resolution. **To qualify for this role, you must** - Be proficient in both technical and functional aspects of WMS, ERP or Allocation systems. - Have technical expertise in SQL and integrations (API). - Have an excellent understanding of the integration of the people, processes, and technology needed to implement change. - Be able to partner with various different teams to coordinate and prioritize projects and initiatives. - Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. **It’s even better if you** - Have experience in a retail organization. - Are able to thrive in a high growth and fast paced workplace. - Easily and comfortably challenge the status quo by contributing impactful ideas and solutions.
