Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join our team to implement a Job Cost Accounting ERP solution. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients in order to help them achieve their business objectives. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Duties:

- Conduct thorough analysis of client's business operations, processes, and strategies

- Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions

- Collaborate with clients to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables

- Create detailed project plans and timelines

- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process

- Conduct research and gather relevant data to support recommendations

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting key findings and proposed solutions

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
