Family owned and professionally managed, **Westbrook Trailers**is a division of The Westbrook Group of Companies specializing in the manufacturing of Galvalume steel light duty trailers, and partially assembled kit trailers.

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative support for our sales activities with mass market retailers. This position will process and enter incoming orders, support EDI (electronic data integration), assist with invoicing, and support the US assembly team. This individual will also respond to customer enquiries and assist the logistics team with shipping documents and tracking updates.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Order Entry/EDI Support**
- Coordinate order entry/EDI order flow, ensuring timely, accurate order entry, processing of purchase orders and other transactional documents;
- Maintain data integrity in our ERP (Manux) and EDI systems, ensuring accuracy in product, pricing, and customer records;
- Process customer invoices in a timely, accurate manner, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
- Assist with new customer onboarding, ensuring proper EDI setup and testing before go-live.

**Customer Support**
- Act as a first point of contact for customers to respond to routine inquiries, resolve issues, etc.;
- Assist with coordinating product returns or replacement parts, following established processes.

**Logistics/Assembly Team Support**
- Assist with the coordination of shipments;
- Prepare and distribute weekly report to the US assembly team;
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure shipment and assembly information is accurate and available when needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support, customer service or order management within a retail, wholesale or consumer goods environment;
- Experience and/or familiarity with the following preferred: familiarity with mass market retail operations (Lowes, Home Depot, etc.); understanding of EDI transactions;experience working with third-party EDI providers (SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, OpenText, etc.);
- Basic understanding of logistics, inventory management;
- Fluently bilingual in English and French an asset.

- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Exceptional customer service skills - able to respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written);
- Technical aptitude to navigate ERP system, online portals, etc.;
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
