**About the Job, Benefits and Perks**:

- Location: Head Office in Squamish, BC.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm unless work duties and requirements necessitate a change.
- Starting salary of $55,620 to $66,950 depending on experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred: Experience with procurement or reservation software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

The primary responsibility of the Office Coordinator is to oversee general office administration requirements as outlined below but will also support head office departmental needs and initiatives. This position will report to the Office Manager, but more importantly you will be required to work as a team member with all office personnel and related staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, managing front desk reception, and providing general support to visitors.
- Handle office-related inquiries and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee office administration, including coordinating supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility needs.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and company gatherings.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for employees.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items as needed.
- Support the reservation system by managing bookings, monitoring availability, and sending daily forecasts as required.
- Assist with procurement processes, including vendor coordination and purchasing.
- Manage inventory items by verifying stock, transferring product, and advise on utilization of existing supply.
- Pick, pack, and coordinate shipping of orders, including organizing shipping manifests.
- Participate in warehouse operations, ensuring efficient organization and workflow.
- Oversee uniform inventory, including ordering, distribution, sales, and stock management.
- Provide administrative and operational support to various departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
