The role
Shaw Communications is currently hiring Field Management Agents in Winnipeg, MB. Reporting to the Supervisor, Field Enablement, the Field Managment Agent will be accountable for working with our field staff to aid, in managing customer appointments. When required calling customers or receiving calls from customers to extend arrival times.
A typical day
- Relay estimated times of arrival, work order cancellations and other concerns or issues to our internal and/or external field staff
- Receive and call customers to answer questions and extend arrival times for appointments and provide pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable customer service
- Promote and represent Shaw in a positive and professional manner

Your skills/experience
- Team player with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Goal oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service and satisfaction to our internal and external customers
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy, and sincerity
