The Customer Concierge plays an integral role in agent onboarding, productivity, recruitment, and retention. This part-time role combines tech support, customer advocacy, and guidance on C21 tools and programs with strong marketing and design expertise. By ensuring agents are fully prepared and supported, the Concierge helps deliver a seamless and successful experience for both agents and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Onboarding**
- Guide agents through C21 systems and technology (C21 Engage, hyperlocalized websites, marketing materials).
- Conduct one-on-one onboarding sessions, weekly group training, and schedule bookable Concierge time blocks.
- Develop customized onboarding roadmaps for new agents to ensure a successful start.

**Productivity & Retention**
- Support agent empowerment through structured training sessions to boost referrals, leads, and loyalty.
- Promote C21 resources and tools to drive ongoing productivity and professional growth.

**Recruitment**
- Manage recruitment campaigns, emphasizing C21’s tech, marketing, and training programs.
- Deliver presentations showcasing C21’s tools and their added value for agents, including monetization opportunities.

**Additional Duties**:

- Handle reception duties, document management, phone call handling, and office maintenance as needed.
- Manage a seasonal caseload of files.
- Convert leads to sales by guiding clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients, cross-sell mortgage and ancillary services, and maintain client satisfaction.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience; a background in real estate, customer service, or marketing preferred.
- Tech-savvy with strong digital literacy, including proficiency in:

- Photoshop, graphic design, and marketing tools.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Embraces diversity and demonstrates consistent attendance and punctuality.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-centric professional with a strong technical and creative background who is passionate about supporting real estate agents and driving their success.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
