Business Analyst, Program Partnerships

BluWave-ai is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in the success of our intelligent EV charging projects. The Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and seeking out business partnerships with customer loyalty programs to incentivize consumers to use our platform and app for their EV charging needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential customer loyalty program partners to support our direct to consumer products
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to integrate customer loyalty programs with our platform and apps
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor and analyze customer data and behavior to optimize partnership strategies and maximize ROI
- Manage and maintain relationships with customer loyalty program partners to ensure successful implementation and ongoing partnership growth
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from customer loyalty program partners to inform product roadmap and feature development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer loyalty program partnerships and make recommendations for improvement and innovation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or customer loyalty program management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sustainability and interest in the EV industry preferred
