We are currently seeking a Program Analyst to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

**Once You Are Here, You Will**:

- Develop and maintain configuration and programs based business and functional requirements working both independently, team members and various stakeholder groups
- Analyze code and objects to determine functional fit
- Create and modify configuration and code for software as per technical specifications
- Develop testing scenarios and scripts and conduct unit testing activities on new/updated versions
- Analyze, fix, track and report on status of bugs/problems; attend problem review board meetings as required

**Required Qualifications**:

- Government of Canada Reliability/Secret Security Clearance in process or completed
- 10 + years of experience, or 5+ years experience with a recognized professional certification
- 2+ years of experience supporting ITSM tools and/processes
- 2+ years of experience performing the tasks identified in M1.1 for a ITSM Tool implementation or upgrade project
