**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with clients and potential customers in the field to promote our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will involve building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working independently while also collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.

**Duties**
- Engage with customers in various locations to promote products and services.
- Conduct data entry to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients over the phone.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer inquiries and interests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and improve overall performance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company in the field.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping to ensure accuracy in customer interactions.
- Experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze information quickly to make informed decisions that benefit customers.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus for enhancing communication with a broader client base.
- Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication over various channels.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and meeting customer needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
