**POSITION: Field Sales Representative**

Wellesley is a small private company with big dreams. As an innovative product development company with a mandate in the field of glycobiology, we specialize in driving sales growth through Primary Care Physicians, Specialists and Pharmacies across Canada and the US. We are looking to add a Field Sales Representative to the team who is excited and passionate about building a career in the health care industry.

There is potential for huge growth in the market place and we need the help of an enthusiastic and outgoing self starter to take our brand and represent it in the market with Health Care professionals.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients in a designated geographic area. Your primary objective will be to generate new business and increase revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, while also ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities with prospective clients in your designated area
- Develop and maintains strong customer relationships with an assigned group of customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct prospecting calls to recruit customers interested in doing business with the Company.
- Enters and maintains integrity of data in company CRM software programs.
- Work closely with the internal sales and marketing team to identify new market opportunities and trends
- Identify new business opportunities and seek competitive market intelligence to maximize growth potential.
- Deliver the marketing message consistently in a variety of settings using clear and concise communication to designated customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbally
- Enthusiastic with a strong appetite to learn
- Able to quickly develop a strong rapport with healthcare professionals, then developing that into a relationship over time.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Passionate about providing incredible service
- Analytical, with a strong ability to interpret data and draw relevant insights
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to travel frequently within your designated area
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required

**Job Knowledge and Education**
- College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Related field
- 1-3 Years in a customer facing sales role
- Experience with using Microsoft Suite
- Experience in health care is an asset but is not required
- A history of setting goals and delivering results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
