We are seeking a dynamic **Sales Representative** to join our team. This role is commission-based and requires a proactive individual who will drive sales growth by engaging with customers directly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Visit clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and outstanding customer service.
- Efficiently manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Focus on customer retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the membership department to introduce various membership plans for plumbing and HVAC services.
- Conduct negotiations and successfully close deals with customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Spanish is advantageous).
- Experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to drive business development initiatives.
- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Familiarity with technology sales and outside sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $71,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
