Universal Precision Technology is a well-established organization that specializes in the manufacturing of precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, aircraft, military, medical, optical and defense sectors. We are looking to increase our diverse and dynamic team with the addition of skilled individuals.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- General administration duties involving the preparation of documents, spreadsheets and forms
- Preparation of quotes, purchase orders, invoices and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Inventory control
- Shipping & receiving, for both clients and suppliers
- Packaging & labeling parts in individual bags
- Material handling
- Maintain database's and fill out reports
- Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies
- Utilize and comply with all AS9100 REV C and ISO9001:2015 manufacturing and quality standards
- Other duties may be assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION**
- 3-year minimum experience
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and suppliers
- Motivated to learn, take lead and able to work independently with mínimal supervision while also able to take direction (both verbal and written)
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional attitude, values accuracy and interacts well with others
- Ability/willing to learn, to drive a forklift on occasion is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

**ADDITONAL REQUIREMENT**
- Basic security clearance
- Own Steel-toe safety shoes
