**Job Overview**

The Sales Analyst is responsible for analyzing new product initiatives, pricing, sales reports, assisting with sample requests, trade show contacts, as well as day to day activities to support the Sales department

**Location**: Head Office: 15 Marmac Drive Unit 200, Etobicoke, ON. M9W 1E7 (Hybrid)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and distribution of daily sales reports for the Canada retail, CDN Food service team and International
- Complete day to day reports as needed from customers to provide updated data and information
- Completion, submission of sample requests, along with some delivery of samples local GTA area
- Provide communication to clients utilizing Retail Link and other retailer’s data tools
- Work closely with Sales teams to ensure all marketing materials are available and that customer specific price lists reflect the current product status
- Document all new product prices, price changes, and sku rationalization
- Administration of major accounts deal sheets, and tracking of promotions and Promotional spending;
- Audit reports looking for pricing discrepancies and missing pricing (Follow up to ensure Visual is updated)

**Recipe for Success**:

- Completion of college diploma in Business Administration, Sales or another related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Analyst role or related analytical work
- Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing industry conducting pricing/sales analysis preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Detailed orientated and highly organized/structured
- Work independently (Both working remotely (Covid) and able to manage workload without direct supervision)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong/ proficient in MS office programs
