**Primary Purpose of the Position**

The Operations Analyst will provide on-going management and support to Goodyear Canada operational systems to ensure a consistent consumer experience. This position builds operational efficiencies to drive value and ensure that customers are seamlessly added to Goodyear's hierarchies, systems and 3rd party programs. The assocaite will drive (Goodyear) growth by supporting programs (i.e., G3X, Commercial Tire Service Network [CTSN]) and the Goodyear associates' sales incentive plan (SIP). They will need to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to operationalize.

This role is responsible for the maintenance and data integrity of source information for the Canadian business and Consumer/Commercial Replacement business units.

In addition, the Operations Analyst will coordinate Canadian Consumer/Commercial SIPs - Building/Maintaining data engineering and analytics (DEA) reporting and facilitating payout of attainment.

Responsible for working with customers and salespeople to correct POS submission errors.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead implementation of new technology or platforms for sales force - Ensure tools are being utilized to their full potential.
- Support the creation, implementation and execution of programs/projects (as directed) - Meeting budget goals.
- Offer insight into optimizing structures, processes and metrics - Driving business results.
- Assist Business Insights Analyst with business requirements.
- Complete various administrative tasks associated with data management and business analytics - With a focus on process improvement.
- Maintain CTSN program standards.
- Plan/Manager meetings and communication with the Board of Directors (BODs).
- Ensure that relevant SOPs are in place and updated (as required).
- Create/Maintain a robust sell-out data process (gather, analyze and report data). Facilitate effective communication between Goodyear, 3rd party processor and customer. Ensure seamless transition of sell-out data and effective resolution of any technical challenges.

**Education & Certifications**
- Bachelors degree in Business or Information Technology or in lieu of degree 8 or more years of experience in Business Support or a related function

**Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in Business Support or a related function
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in complex work environment
- Experience maintaining and analyzing multiple data sources
- Ability to work with teams in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Demonstrated expertise using Microsoft Office Suite - With emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong technical skills for presentation and spreadsheet development (prior SAP experience - Desired)
- Business analytics - Leveraging available business/customer information
- Demonstrated time management - Planning and organizational skills
- Effective communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
