The Door Estimator / Project Manager will ensure our Southwestern Ontario customers are supported and our goal of continued growth in the area is achieved.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Estimate new overhead door and automatic door related products.
- Perform follow-ups as required.
- Occasional travel to customer sites to discuss new opportunities.
- Capture account activity and opportunities in the estimating and service software.
- Deliver and present proposals for new business opportunities.
- Learn and maintain product and industry related knowledge.
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with the Ventri team and our suppliers.

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Must be a motivated self-starter; able to work with limited supervision
- A strong base technical knowledge in a related area
- Estimating and/or inside sales experience *an asset
- Strong desire for personal improvement and growth
- Strong interpersonal skills; deals with conflict effectively
- Valid drivers license Strong computer skills, Proficient with Microsoft word and excel
- Industrial experience or technical experience *an asset
- Experience in any of the following *an asset
- Overhead doors and docks
- Automatic doors and controls
- Access control and cameras
- Gates
