**Position**:
**Field Sales Representative / Estimate Setter**

**Location**:
London, Ontario + surrounding areas (travel within 1 hour radius)

**Compensation**:
**$18-$25/hour + performance bonuses (average reps earn $25-$30/hr+)**
Top performers can move into team lead and management roles as the company continues to grow.

**Employment Type**:
Part-Time or Full-Time (flexible schedule)

**What You’ll Do**
- Go door to door in local neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to our renovation and fencing services
- Generate qualified leads and schedule free estimates for our project managers
- Represent Fernhill Fencing with confidence, professionalism, and positivity
- Track your outreach and results using our simple lead management tools
- Work with our marketing and sales leadership to sharpen your pitch and maximize results

**Requirements**:

- Outgoing, confident, and great with people
- Competitive and self-motivated — you like winning and seeing progress
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Sales experience is an asset, but not required — we’ll train you on everything
- Open to working evenings or weekends when homeowners are most available
