As a member of the Sales team and as a new member of our Glass Canada family; you will join a diverse, dynamic group of highly motivated individuals that bring with them a wide array of talents, skills, and backgrounds.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Actively generate new sales leads for Glass Canada window's and doors services and products
- Field existing customer inquiries to qualify and sell products and services
- Capture account activity and opportunities in the estimating and service software
- Estimate and price finished renditions of proposed projects
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure projects are completed to customer satisfaction
- Regularly travel to customer sites to review and consult on new opportunities
- Collaborate with new leads in the construction, design, and architectural firms
- Internally support the Window and Door division by working on architectural drawing take-offs, new and existing quote follow ups, and showroom assistance
- Comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Industrial Establishments

WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in managing client relationships working within a construction environment
- High level of knowledge and experience in sales and construction design
- Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Construction Trade Industry
- Strong ability to read and interpret residential and commercial blueprints
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and understanding of SB-12 Energy Efficiency Housing
- Knowledge of Master Format and SB-10 Energy Efficiency requirements
- Project management experience is considered an asset
- Work as part of a cross-functional team and independently with excellent personal time management skills
- Understanding of residential window and door manufacturing is an asset as some field service work is required
