We’re looking for our next team member Edwards Door Systems Limited is an industry leading local door company that has been in business for 45+ years. We are currently seeking an Office Administrator for our office and to assist our fast-paced, growing Security Team. We hire the best people in the industry - those that value hard work, teamwork, and a commitment to our clients and our company.
We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, can communicate well with customers, and is reliable. We are looking for an individual who adds to the success of the company and their personal growth within the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain database of all existing and new clients
- Process any payable invoices for approval and payment
- Ensure any manufacture invoices pertaining to specific jobs are copied and put into job file
- Greet all customers who enter building
- Receives completed service orders and job files from estimator and/or various managers and supervisory personnel and does all billing
- Assist Security with their specialty billings and any other required help

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service abilities and communication with our customer/ office staff
- 1-2 years’ experience in the office administration or project coordination
- Post Secondary Education (Diploma an asset)
- Ability to write and communicate in English (as well as French an asset)
- Detail oriented - everything in written format
- Must be able to problem solve for clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
