As a member of the Estimating/Project Management team, and as a new Ventri family member, you will join a diverse, dynamic group of highly motivated individuals that bring with them a wide array of talents, skills, and backgrounds.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Accurate, competitive, and profitable estimation of man doors & hardware, automatic doors, overhead doors, and automated gates and access control systems
- Analyze construction drawings and other customer-provided documentation in order to prepare estimates
- Consult and collaborate with architects on components and design features
- Assist in selecting products per design requirements
- Reviewing contracts & purchase orders, and confirming they align with Ventri's quoted scope of work and payment terms
- Follow up on any outstanding estimates
- Support the sales team by turning around the Requests for Quotation in a timely manner
- Develop and communicate project’s plans with cross-functional teams
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other Zelus departments
- Coordinate project’s status and timelines between departments, contractors, suppliers, and management
- Build and maintain client relationships to enhance competitiveness in the industry to promote effective customer relationships
- Communicate with the customer to ensure that project contract documents, equipment approvals, scheduling of installation, and commissioning of equipment are in place

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1-3 Years Experience with Estimation in Doors
- Designation or Equivalent Experience with: *preferred but not required
- Architectural Consultant (AHC)
- Electrified Hardware Consultant (EHC)
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Must be a strong multi-tasker, and must excel at coping with conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Must be able to work with limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills; deals with conflict effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
