**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team management activities
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, handling multi-line phone systems, and maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and other accounting tools
- Experience with dispatching software and generating invoices
- Handle filing systems, document management, and record keeping to ensure compliance and easy retrieval of information
- Manage vendor relationships, including procurement and vendor management activities
- Assist with budgeting processes and monitor office expenses
- Support office projects by coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and facilitating communication among departments
- Ensure the office adheres to organizational policies and procedures

**Experience**
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles with a strong background in clerical and administrative tasks
- Supervising experience is preferred for team management responsibilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing is highly desirable
- Experience working at a front desk or handling multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with human resources functions including training & development, onboarding, and employee record management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise across departments and with vendors
- Prior experience in budgeting or financial oversight is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
