**Business Development Representative**

**Your role**:
Working alongside some of the most experienced sales people in the industry, you will learn how to create meaningful connections, handle objections, discuss with potential customers, as well as all skills you need to build a strong career in sales.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Working within your assigned account portfolio to create new opportunities through an outbound approach
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with prospective clients
- Escalate any issues to senior management
- Collaborate with and ensure other team members; sharing industry insights and problem solving
- 1-2 years experience in high volume sales roles
- Ability to make 100+ calls a day
- Witty mentality and ability to handle client objections and deal positively to rejection
- Objective-driven individual, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Friendly, at ease with and effective at cold calling / prospecting activities
- Organized, flexible and business savvy
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

**Vos responsabilités**
- Travailler avec votre portefeuille de comptes pour créer de nouvelles opportunités grâce à une approche de vente sortante;
- Qualifier les prospects des campagnes marketing comme opportunités de vente;
- Présenter notre entreprise à des clients potentiels;
- Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer les services appropriés;
- Construire et entretenir des relations durables avec des clients potentiels;
- Développer un nouveau portefeuille clients en utilisant des techniques de prospection éprouvées (appels à froid, courriels, etc.)
- Faire remonter tout problème à la haute direction;
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe, en partageant les connaissances de l’industrie et en résolvant les problèmes;
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans des rôles de vente à haut volume;
- Possibilité de passer plus de 100 appels par jour;
- Esprit vif et capacité à gérer les objections des clients et à rester positif et motivé face au rejet;
- Attitude individuelle axée sur les objectifs, motivée, enthousiaste et positive;
- Convivial, à l'aise et efficace lors des activités de démarchage téléphonique / prospection;
- Organisé, flexible et compétent en affaires;
- À l'aise dans un environnement dynamique et au rythme rapide;
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office;
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, en français et en anglais;
