Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and leading initiatives to secure projects, they play a pivotal part in shaping the company's trajectory. They employ market analysis, relationship-building, and project pursuit skills to achieve revenue targets. Collaboration with internal teams, crafting proposals, forging partnerships, and industry awareness are essential for driving growth and establishing our market presence.ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and evaluate projects for strategic fit and viability.Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry players.Market Expansion: Drive expansion into new markets with strategic plans and regulatory considerations.Business Development: Develop and implement business plans, identify target markets, and evaluate opportunities.Sales Performance: Nurture leads, create proposals, and work with technical teams to meet client needs.QualificationsMinimum 5 years' industrial B2B sales experienceExperience with government bids and RFPsDEC in Engineering Technologies or Bachelor’s in EngineeringKnowledge of industrial automation, heavy industry in Eastern Canada, and EPCsCRM and Microsoft Office proficiencyExcellent communication skills in French; English skills are an assetAdditional DetailsLocation: Kirkland, QC - Frequent travel required.About Us: Laurentide’s purpose is to help industry thrive in Eastern Canada through values like Customer Centricity, Collaboration, and Trust & Reliability.
